For a long time,teacher-student relationship has been the focus of attention in the education theory circles at home and abroad, and it's also an important aspect of education reform.Domestic scholars have achieved fruitful results over the last decade for the study of teacher-student relationship.They have promoted the prosperity of academic research for teacher-student relationship, and also provided some premise to further deepen the understanding of the relationship between teachers and students to broaden the field of teacher-student relationship studies.From China's literature of teacher-student relationship over the past decade, we can see, teacher-student relationship issues are a hot theoretical studies in education. Some aspects of educational theory even provoked widespread concern and controversy circles, and show the phenomenon of television news, such as the current problems in teacher-student relations, optimizing the response to today's teacher-student relationship, etc.The existing teacher-student relationship studies, has played a positive role to further deepen our understanding of teacher-student relationship, and accumulated useful experience of educational reform. But we should also be noted that, study of teacher-student relationship over the past decade still has some shortcomings which need to improve.According to my literature review, today, there are not many studies of the administration for the class to build harmonious relations between teachers and students. These studies are either theoretical research, or lessons learned, but few combine the two studies.This topic tries to be drawn from the experiences of autopsy cases to get conclusions, and then to conduct a theoretical analysis of the empirical findings to explore its internal relationsIt elaborates on the study of the background, the purpose of significance and research status, introduces the relationship between teachers and students of the status and characteristics inWushunjie Primary School of Chengdu. It analyzes the existing problems deeply and raised reference responses to solve practical problems.First of all, I completed the research of the teacher-student relationship in Wushunjie Primary School. Through questionnaires, interviews, etc.,it conducts a comprehensive understanding of this research project's actual situation and characteristics.It also analyzes the survey results based on the full grasp of the first-hand information.Then, the paper analyzes the problems of the teacher-student relationship problems in Wushunjie Primary School.Based on the context of the knowledge in various fields, it analyzes the cause of the problem from the teachers'positive nature, professionalism, work ability, school management, etc.Finally, to these problems in combination with survey data, it makes a reference to solve practical problems, improves the teacher-student relationship and impacts the education. At the same time, makes a little contribution to enrich the 'school's educational theory.
