The Pre-school Education Of the vocational secondary school plays an important role in the Early Childhood Education Training course whose aims is to cultivate practice type talents. But in recent years, the feedback from a number of pre-employment reflect that the satisfaction of the employers with students has decreased, mainly due to the reasons that the personnel out of the school did not really butt with human resource requirements of employers,. Along with the development of pre-school education, the professional quality of pre-school education is demanded. To meet the social and economic development, the curriculum analysis study of the Pre-school Education is a necessary requirement of the times and society.This paper is discussed from five parts on the level of pre-school Curriculum. Through the investigation of three pre-vocational schools Curriculum in Meishan, the corporation of the three curriculum schemes and the analysis of their characteristics, we found that three kinds of pre-school curriculum placed greater emphasis on skills development, students'practical ability and quality of training, but the targeting is not clear; the course is lack of full proof. These problems directly affect the social adaptation of students, the development of professional development and the quality of teaching. The reason is mainly because of the concept of lag, the lack of trained teachers, the individual differences of students or the imperfect school facilities and equipment. The article, based on the status of rural pre-school education and career development needs, from the perspective of the educational management to the secondary vocational school as an example of the professional curriculum put up the countermeasures on improving the current problems by the establishment of "Employment-oriented, competency-based" concept by improving the Meishan City Preschool Curriculum Strategies with changing concepts, training specific objectives, strengthening teacher development; improving the practical teaching by strengthening training base construction and integrated curriculum. Three modules curriculum system is introduced with the post base, post knowledge and job skills program to lay the foundation for training rural pre-school education teachers.
