After 7 years of practical teaching in Shuicheng county vocational and technical school,the author find some problems which exit in our daily education.Current status of art courses for secondary vocational preschool teachers is listed as follows.: First,the skills still remain in brief strokes,drawing,color and other basic courses of learning.Secondly,there is a lack of emphasis on theory courses and students' lack of interest in art theory.Third,the secondary vocational students have a short school system,the school has set up most of the social practice courses,and the art major study time is not enough.Finally,the art curriculum of secondary vocational school teachers should be separated from or even backward in the current social requirements of preschool teachers.On this basis,from the macro and micro aspects,this study analyzes and summarizes the current problems existing in the secondary vocational teachers art curriculum present situation,in view of the problems to carry out the corresponding solution strategy research,to offer some reference for the secondary vocational teachers art education perspective,optimize the course training time,advancing with The Times,to the development of secondary vocational teachers professional provide better teaching quality assurance.Macro speaking,secondary vocational education is an important part of the "9+3" model of education in China.The Ministry of Education let all the school-age education personnel into the category of education training from the perspective of upgrading the overall situation of population quality in our country.Vocational education developed referring to the vocational education of the developed countries,and receive students from the rural who are lack of knowledge.It is an effective way for judgement of vocationaleducation to educate students good or not.From the micro level,a teacher as the direct principal plays a vital role in vocational education.Country's rise and fall rely on education;education depends on teachers.So as teachers of vocational education for the investigation of present situation of the corresponding courses and thinking has become the top priority,whether to secondary vocational teachers professional arts curriculum optimization,integration,and innovative curriculum is an important task in fine arts teachers in secondary vocational education,combining with the actual situation of secondary vocational teachers professional fine arts curriculum,this study construct abandon past the "brief strokes,copying teaching" exam--oriented education curriculum present situation,put forward the "innovative thinking training,aesthetic vision training,skills,inner trim breeding" cultivating talents for the requirement to adapt to the current our country the core of strategy.From social practice investigation,a lot of pupils draw a picture in the same: the house is a combination of triangles and squares;the sky is the sun and rainbow all the time;the apple is a circle forever...These common problems attract the attention of the author.The author thinks about the reasons behind the problems.Combined with the current status of early childhood education teachers in our country,especially in the western underdeveloped regions in Guizhou Liu Panshui of preschool teachers,the author is anxious if the secondary vocational education teachers can't put the secondary vocational teachers students in the aspects of aesthetic and art education training seriously rise,with the same stick figure,sketch and color teaching,the preschool teacher education will be backward forever.The purpose of this study is to solve the problem of "apple is not necessarily round,the sky is not only with the rainbow and the sun" and other mechanical problems in the training of secondary school teachers.In this study,the author gain some inspiration from western art,especially for the mass aesthetic such as "like" is "good","not like" is "bad".Seeking for a breakthrough in arts curriculum practice of the vocational education teachers professional,keeping the diverse aesthetic evaluation of artistic creation and innovation comprehensive materials such as cultivating talents,teachers on the one hand,and developing the students' thought and vision improves students' artistic accomplishment and cultivates their self-confidence for one hand.For another hand,it can keep pace with time and meet the requirements of preschool education teachers in the future.
