Chongqing College Counselors Team Building Research

Counsellors is an important part of the management team,the backbone of carrying out ideological and political education of college students, and the organizers, practitioners and instructors in the daily ideological and political education and management. To further strengthen College Directors of Chongqing which is in accordance with the"strong politics, exacting profession, strict discipline, rightful style ", is the organization supporter to develop ideological and political education and the urgent needs of training high-quality innovative talents.This study is based on research results for learn, guided on the Marxist theory, according as the CPC Central Committee and State Council issued the " Circular on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Education" and the Ministry of Education promulgated the " the provisions of the ordinary College counselors construction " and other related documents, furthermore which is use education, psychology, management and other related fields of knowledge. In order to discuss the present specific pathway of Chongqing College counsellors construction, it is from the current situation of Chongqing college teachers, the empirical research which focus on the effectiveness and problems about counselors, and in-depth analysis on the basis of related reasons. The innovation of this study is to discuss the issues about the construction of College counselors'team in a positivism approach, so that we can effectively avoid the lack of the pure theoretical analysis. I hope my study may support reliable bases for mastering status of construction of counsellors'team, also for optimizing the construction countermeasures, and provide a valuable reference for deepening the theoretical researches on College counsellors team construction , and for promoting the building.This research consists of four parts. Chapter 1 is introduction. It is to clarify the status of College counsellors in Chongqing and the background, significance, status, ideas, methods, innovation of my research. In Chapter 2 , do a positivism research mainly by questionnaires and interviews on effects and problems of college counsellors in Chongqing . Chapter 3 is analyses about causes of the problems of College counsellors in Chongqing. Chapter 4 is thought about the approches of construction of college counsellors'team in Chongqing. This chapter is based upon the causes analyses. Argue the ways of counsellors'team construction from angles of unified thinking, consummated training systems, optimized the management mechanisms and fulfilled the treatment policies and so on.
