High School Students' Career Aspirations Influencing Factors And Educational Countermeasures

High school students are in the important period of physical and mental. They need to make some important choices in education and career. Do a good job of career planning can strengthen students'self-awareness and learning ability, and fundamentally avoid the waste of social resources and talents. We can train more qualified personnel for the community. This paper used literature study, questionnaire, comparative study, a medium-sized cities selected high school students as part of the sample, through empirical study of factors affecting high school students career aspirations. The author tries to write out the suitable plans which can meet the characteristics of the city's high school students.The results show that affect ordinary high school students'career aspirations of factors, including external factors and internal factors aspects. External factors include family factors, social factors and school factors aspects. To help students to establish a correct concept of career in high school made the right career choice or fill in the appropriate Entrance Examination, schools, families and society should work together to take effective measures to effectively carry out the ideal high school students in vocational education.In school education, the main focus on improving the curriculum, strengthen teacher training, career counseling center set up to provide opportunities for occupational exposure to several aspects of measures. Family education should be to enable parents to understand the significance of education, professional ideal, and their children take the initiative to communicate the needs of schools for their children to the guidance; setting up a parent representative organizations, parents play a positive role. In social terms. should further improve the policy support, and give full play to the role of communities and businesses.
