In recent years, the progress of Internet technology and popularization in China, have greatly promoted the rapid development of e-commerce industry, also promoted the development of electronic business enterprises’ growth. Alibaba Group is the second-largest Internet service providers in the world, and the biggest e-commerce enterprise in China, there are business to business company which named Alibaba, customer to customer mode which named Taobao, business to customer mode which named TianMao and a bulk with well quantity which named Juhuasuan, the operation of them are ranked first in the industry, showed a greater competitive advantage, with strong competitiveness. With the development trend of Globalization and the reform and opening up in China, the field of competition are expanding, Alibaba Group meet more and more international competitors, in order to win the competition, Alibaba Group must enhance the international competitiveness.The purpose of this study is through the research of international competitiveness of Alibaba Group, provide the suggestion to enhance its international competitiveness. This study did analysis of the external environment factors, internal condition factors and institutional factors which affecting international competitiveness of enterprises to evaluate the international competitiveness of Alibaba Group, also use the profit margin and net assets rate index which reflect the corporate profitability of operating, market share index and research and development technology ratio index to compare Alibaba Group with its major international competitors to analyze international competitiveness of Alibaba Group, find out the problems existing in the Alibaba Group, provide the suggestion to enhance its international competitiveness.
