As a new-emerging and rapid-developing trade, Electronic Commerce (in the following part, we call it e-commerce) accelerates the exchange between information, goods, capital and technology among countries and regions greatly under the contemporary economic and information globalization background. It develops on the basis of Internet technology and quickly spreads to various industries. It changes the traditional trade way by letting the virtual transactions substitute for barter or cash transactions in many aspects, which will influence the world trade pattern greatly. With the expansion of application area of e-commerce in the world, the internationalization of the e-commerce is imperative. Under the background of globalization, the proportion of cross-border transactions is becoming larger. Moreover, e-commerce is a kind of commercial activity which breaks the region and time constraints in nature. All of these will bring great convenience to enterprises to carry out cross-border transactions, so that e-commerce will lead the social and economic development trend in the future and become the main mean of international trade. In 2014, Chinese e-commerce enterprises, Alibaba, Jingdong, Jumei Youpin listed one after another, which means that the e-commerce platform of China has embarked on the world and more international e-commerce is becoming the future development trend of e-commerce. With the rapid development of globalization, some foreign brands with good quality but low price will enter into the Chinese market, and compete with the domestic enterprises face to face. So the domestic enterprises, if still confine their vision at domestic, is bound to suffer more and more strikes. Hence, going out, developing a wide range of areas and becoming the world’s stores will be the only way out for Chinese e-commerce enterprises, and so for the future development of Chinese e-commerce.Embarking on the internationalization road is not only the key point of the future development of China’s e-commerce enterprises, but also the foothold of China’s traditional enterprises. Under the background of economic globalization, China’s traditional enterprises continual carry out the strategy called" going out", and make great efforts to change the way of internationalization, from exports to direct investment and comprehensive economic cooperation slowly. These ways have promoted the internationalization process of China’s traditional enterprises, had impact on China’s economy and also promoted the development of China’s e-commerce enterprises to a certain extent. Alibaba Group is in a leading position in Chinese e-commerce, so its international layout and measures will have a far-reaching influence on the other e-commerce enterprises. However, Alibaba Group is also facing various kinds of challenges now, such as how to grasp the opportunities in the complex globalization of economy to deal with the problems and challenges in the process of international development, how to draw lessons from the experience of other countries’ international e-commerce enterprises to avoid the risk and detours and how to guide domestic enterprises to avoid negative impact in the internationalization process etc. To accelerate the internationalization speed, to closely follow the pace of the world e-commerce’s development, to transform the traditional trade and to make the dream of building a trade-strong nation come true are also our goals. This paper firstly reviews the home and abroad researches, and then analyses the origin, classification, development and status of the internationalization of China’s e-commerce enterprises. Afterwards, it analyses the reasons why China’s e-commerce enterprises embark on the road of internationalization, their achievements and constraints. Based on these, we take Alibaba Group for example by. discussing its international deployment. Then we sort out the specific performance of China’s e-commerce enterprises with specific examples. Finally, we put forward some relevant suggestions according to the existing constraints that China’s e-commerce are facing.
