With the growing prosperity of the e-commerce market in China, e-commerce services, therapid rise and make an important contribution to constantly improve the e-commerce trading process,innovative form of e-business applications, and evolving e-commerce ecosystem.Alibaba Group, as the largest, the world’s leading e-commerce service enterprises. Far shortperiod of more than ten years to form the existing scale, the operations are ranked first in theindustry, the acquisition of these results are derived from the Alibaba Group attaches greatimportance to the development of strategic founded in1999. Market and the environment isconstantly changing, one moves, the Alibaba Group, in order to maintain the dominant position andlong-term development, we must improve their development strategy to achieve a strategic upgrade.The purpose of this study is the Alibaba Group to find a suitable development strategy.Enterprise strategic management theory and Alibaba Group, in accordance with the strategicanalysis, strategy formulation and implementation of the strategy to study the structure, theintegrated use of PEST analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis of enterpriseexternal macro-environment for development, industry, competitive environment and internalenvironment of the system obtained the advantage of enterprise development, weaknesses,opportunities and threats, on this basis, developed a strategy for enterprise development, andproposed implementation of the strategy focus.
