Enterprise incentive issues related to the stability of the enterprise and socio-economic development. There may be an impact on the socio-economic development of the instability without timely and good solution. This paper uses the management science and the theory of organizational behavior, combed Company A in terms of staff motivation problems from the perspective of human resource management, analyzed the root causes of problems of Company A is the managers ignored the unreasonable incentive system linked with corporate strategy, the lack awareness of incentive systems and weak foundation of incentive system. Based on the results of these analyzes and analysis of incentive problems affecting factors proposed the targeted and feasibility of coping strategies. One of the aims of this paper is better stimulate employee motivation to motivate employees by raising the incentive level, improve employee job performance and satisfaction, the second is to enable enterprises to effectively improve the scientific incentive system, improve human resource management level, provide human resources protection for enterprises to improve business performance and achieve its strategic goals. Finally, the results of this study also hope to provide valuable lessons for other companies.
