In 2013 the Yunnan Provincial Committee Standing Committee adopted the "Yunnan province" industrial building year "three year action plan" and "Yunnan province" industrial building year "2013 plan", "plan of action" and the "implementation plan" identified 13 demonstration industry, Yunnan all prefectures, counties in accordance with the requirements of the provincial government planning projects and marketing, the province and no specific industry subdivision and orientation for each region. The one game, cause marketing homogenization problem the adjacent areas of investment projects, the different degree of regional competition, influence of local investment effect and supporting industries. How to avoid weaknesses, play better around the outstanding advantages, and promote the harmonious development of border areas of Yunnan Province, the common progress of imminent. In this paper, aiming at the mans and adjacent areas (Tengchong County, Longling County, Baoshan City Longyang District) marketing homogenization problem of investment projects, the investment effect and local industry development situation.This paper first introduces the general development of mans; then analyzes the current situation and problems of mans project marketing, analysis of the causes of the marketing homogenization problem project mans and Longyang District, Tengchong County, Baoshan, Longling County and produced; then use SWOT analysis method to contrast between mans and Baoshan Longyang District, Tengchong County, Longling County, analyses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of awn city; to better understand the project marketing object demand, investment, investment regional source of such information, provide the basis for the marketing strategy project, using the questionnaire survey, a total of 241 questionnaires,228 valid questionnaires were received the questionnaire, with an efficiency of 94.6%, combined with the conclusion of SWOT analysis to determine the priority to the development of industrial projects; finally according to give priority to the development of the industry characteristics of the project and customer demand, targeted and put forward the innovation of marketing strategy and implementation of security, marketing homogenization problem solving project and Baoshan Longyang District, Tengchong Provence County, Longling county.This paper aims to study the marketing strategy of investment projects, highlighting mans local characteristics, promote industrial optimization, leading industry and local economic development, but also for the projects of other marketing offers a kind of thinking.
