In recent years,China's economy is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading, and knowledge,as an important means of enterprise transformation and upgrading,is replacing material, capital and labor, and has gradually become one of the most important strategic resources of the organization. In addition to competition between technology and products, and competition for knowledge,inter-enterprise competition means that knowledge has an increasingly profound impact on the modern economy. Therefore, how to make knowledge fully play its value has become a common problem faced by enterprises. As a new public theory and management method, knowledge governance came into being. With the development of enterprise innovation activities, knowledge governance has attracted more and more attention from managers. In an organization,if an individual is a carrier of knowledge, knowledge cannot bring innovative value to the enterprise if it cannot be used reasonably and effectively. In general, employees can create personal performance by applying knowledge to bring knowledge to the business. In addition, the need to learn and acquire knowledge through knowledge sharing can also be met to innovate organizational performance.Numerous academic research and corporate practice have shown that knowledge sharing among employees can maximize the utility of the enterprise and enhance the innovation performance of the enterprise. In addition, the knowledge distance between individuals will also have an important impact on their motivation, willingness to learn, spread, spread, and acquire knowledge. The smaller the knowledge distance between employees, the smoother the process of knowledge exchange;on the contrary,if the knowledge distance between employees is greater, the knowledge overlap between them will be higher, thus forming obstacles in knowledge exchange..So how much knowledge distance can fully stimulate the motivation of individuals to carry out knowledge and practice activities?Based on this, this paper takes knowledge sharing as a mediator variable, uses knowledge distance as a regulatory variable, and explores the mediating role of knowledge sharing between knowledge governance and corporate innovation performance, and the inverse U-shaped influence of knowledge distance on firm innovation performance and knowledge distance The role of regulation between knowledge governance and knowledge sharing. This paper first gives the definition of high-tech enterprises by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and then summarizes the connotation of knowledge governance and its extension concept and enterprise innovation performance, and summarizes the pre-existing measurement dimensions and scales of each construct. The actual design of this paper investigates the initial test scale and verifies the consistency and validity of each scale. Finally, according to the results, the scale is revised and adjusted, and the formal questionnaire is produced and distributed on the premise of ensuring the reliability and validity of the scale. The statistical analysis software used in this paper is SPSS and AMOS,which is used to test the research hypothesis proposed in the third chapter.Based on the statistical analysis results, the conclusions of this paper are obtained and the model is modified.Using questionnaires for empirical analysis, the paper concludes that knowledge governance is positively related to knowledge sharing;knowledge governance is positively related to corporate innovation performance;knowledge sharing plays a partial intermediary role between knowledge governance and corporate innovation performance; There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between knowledge distance and corporate innovation performance.
