Since the reform and opening up, the development of small and micro enterprises are very quick. Small and micro enterprises play an increasingly important role in China’s economic development, promoting economic and social development of today’s major strength. Meanwhile, by the weak international economy, the impact of domestic macroeconomic policies and the weakness of small and micro enterprises themselves, a considerable part of our small and micro enterprises are facing fewer orders, financing difficulties, labor shortage, production and prices and other factors of production to survive the plight of many companies are bankrupt. How to correctly identify their own strengths and weaknesses in the process of the small and micro enterprises, relying on favorable factors, to avoid the negative factors, to achieve its healthy and rapid development. This is placed in front of the majority of small and micro enterprises.Aiming at these problems, through the case of the Y company’s business research, according to the literature of theoretical research and practical case studies combining strategic management theory through effective tool selection and use, after the environmental analysis, strategy selection and implementation in-depth analysis of the strategic elements of the Y’s business growth strategy more comprehensive study.Based on the Y company’s growth strategy study, combined with Y company’s own limited resources and the external environment in which, given Y’s advisory growth strategy:diversification of financing channels; develop niche products, enhance the Y company’s competitiveness; implementation of the strategic alliance, increase market share.In this paper, by studying the Y’s small and micro enterprises, hoping to have the following significance:First, contribute to a more detailed analysis of the environment in which the company Y, master the business environment in which opportunities and threats, Y also help companies to understand their own strengths and weaknesses, weaknesses, grasp opportunities to improve their comprehensive ability operations.Second, the growth of small and micro enterprises to provide examples of the same type of strategy of small and micro enterprises, social intermediary, advisory services, and to help them develop growth strategies judge has reference.Third, the government could then grow small and micro enterprises to make an overall judgment, to develop and implement support for the growth of small and micro enterprises related policies and guidelines to help policy-oriented small and micro enterprises in the growing threat encountered in the process, to guide development of small and micro enterprises seize opportunity and improve the anti-risk ability, to create a favorable policy environment and actively promote the overall development of small and micro enterprises.
