As we all know, human resources has become one of the most important resources Of Enterprises in the 21st century, how to obtain the human resources needed for enterprise development has become the focus of corporate attention.With social-economic background of the rapid economic development, the increasingly fierce market competition,coupled with the development of science and technology has led to new-industries, new-jobs, new-profession are emerging and the-next people to change their view of employment, enterprises either from a cost or efficiency angle, configuration and use of human resources more emphasis on flexibility and cost control, with short-term or temporary employment agency nature of services the company will use to meet market needs and students, because the dispatch has "not at all, but ask for using "and" you employer, I was in charge of people, "the salient features to achieve the employment and use of the separation of labor, not only can save the use and administration costs of employment enterprise labor and, more importantly, it helps employ ers employing flexibility, and can reduce the risk of labor relations, and thus employment a spects of the business has been more widespread use and rapid development.Today in China, whether it is economically developed areas or underdeveloped regions, the dispatch has become an effective supplement in the form of enterprise and deployment of the labor contract.
