An Investigation Report On Satisfaction Of Endowment Insurance For Urban And Rural Residents In Siziwangqi Nationalities

Government started the new rural social pension insurance pilot in 2009 and started the urban and rural social endowment insurance pilot in 2011. And then urban and rural residents pension insurance carried out in 2014, that has been basically achieved full coverage of all the people. Poor areas, as a national economic and social development of the weakness of the social security system, in where weather establish a comprehensive reasonable and perfect will influence the construction of the national social security system.So it is discussed the satisfaction of the urban and rural residents pension insurance in poor area, which is less involved in academic circles.Siziwangqi is located in central the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, in where has complex terrain, poor natural conditions,low precipitation and backward economy.According to a summary of the statistics data shows that in this area has the total population of 213413, the annual output 53.6 billion, the per capital net income of farmers7806 yuan. In 2014 its revenue 104 million 870 thousand yuan, the annual expenditure of 2billion 930 million 480 thousand yuan, spending seriously exceeded the income mainly depends on the financial transfer payment burden. In 2014 Siziwangqi endowment insurance system of urban and rural areas, the scale of the number of insurance and pension insurance funds increased year by year. In the end of 2015, the number of insured is 915200. the number of actual payment is 635350 and the fund size is 11196.78 yuan.This study began in October 1, 2015, and was sustained two months. The people who insured urban and rural residents pension insurance were surveyed in Siziwangqi including its 13 Township. The surveyed content mainly includes personal information, the perceive of insured person to urban and rural residents pension insurance and the satisfaction of this insurance. In this paper, the influence factors on urban and rural residents pension insurance satisfaction was analyzed using the logistic model. There are 7 factors by means of inspection, more easily dissatisfied with the Han ethnic than minorities and the insured person of government subsidies, the level of treatment, the business staff business ability and service attitude more satisfied, to the high satisfaction of the system.
