Farmers Participate In The Satisfaction Study Of Urban And Rural Residents' Endowment Insurance

At the beginning of this century,China entered the aging society,with the development of society,the problem of the elderly is becoming more and more prominent.With the development of urbanization,the problem of supporting the aged in rural areas has become more and more serious.In order to better solve the problem of rural residents pension,in order to achieve the goal of urban and rural integration,in order to reflect the fairness of the social security system,urban and rural residents social endowment insurance came into being.But because of China’s vast territory and large population,the region’s economic development,national culture,local characteristics and other factors have great differences,led directly to the policy in the different regions of the actual implementation shows the difference.Therefore,it is necessary to study the effect of different regions in the implementation of the policy and the satisfaction of the insured,which is of great significance to the improvement of the national social security system.This article conducts the research on the satisfaction in the border areas of national rural residents pension insurance,the first analysis of the relevant research results at home and abroad,sort out the social and urban and rural residents pension insurance related content.Then made a field investigation in border ethnic areas in Funing County,using qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the first-hand information,summed up the internal factors affecting rural residents pension insurance satisfaction and external factors.Finally,according to the situation of the research and the interview of the front-line staff,this paper puts forward some practical suggestions on the construction of the social endowment insurance for the urban and rural residents.The structure of the article is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,the research situation at home and abroad,the research methods,technical route,innovation and deficiency.The second chapter is the definition of the concept and theoretical basis,mainly on the concept of rural social endowment insurance and the theory used in this paper.The third chapter is the general situation of the research area and the problems existing in the system.From the elderly population,urban and rural income,farmers insurance situation analysis of three aspects of aging trend,the research areas of the gap between urban and rural areas,and the rate of insurance coverage,and then through the communication and staff found some problems of system.The fourth chapter is the main part of this paper,analysis of data,through field research,calculation of satisfaction index and analyze the impact of rural endowment insurance satisfaction factors,research on research areas of the endowment insurance satisfaction.The fifth chapter is countermeasures and suggestions,based on the content of empirical research,the feasibility of China’s current system is put forward.
