A Feasibility Study On The Military Culture Tourist Area In Northern Jiangsu Province

On August 9,2014, the State Council issued The Opinions on Promoting the Reform and Development of Tourism to further define the new requirements of tourism development, which was another tourism programmatic document issued by our country after The Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Tourism in 2009、National Tourism and Leisure Outline and Tourism Law of the People’s Republic of China in 2013.This document provides an unprecedented new opportunity for China’s tourism in the period of economic transformation.Relying on the local rich natural resources and cultural resources, in response to the call of the country,the Oroqen Autonomous Banner government in Hulunbeir City, Inner Mongolian,put forward an plan of economic transformation in order to vigorously develop tourism industry resources.Consequently, the Busuli northern military and cultural tourism area emerged.Combined with the analysis methods such as macro and micro, qualitative and quantitative methods, SWOT, etc, this paper from the structure is divided into six parts to comprehensively analyze the background of the project, research significance, the background of investment company, current investment and construction situation of the project, market analysis and operating conditions.Through the analysis, this paper concludes the advantages and disadvantages of the project,the faced opportunities and challenges of the project.
