Modern economic society, outstanding personnel not only to enhance the development potential of enterprises, but also can reduce the intensity of competition in the industry rivals invisible. In this paper, HD company as the research object, it describes the status of the company’s recruitment, the hiring of the main problems existing in the current analyzes, and both from within and outside the state policies and regulations, regional economic development level, the company employing the concept etc. find the causes of these problems. In this paper, theoretical principles related to human resources and competency models to help the company detailed HD combed the entire recruitment process, improve the various stages of the work.
