Study On The Evaluation Of Independent Innovation Efficiency Of Leading Enterprises Of Agricultural Industrialization In Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang province is the backbone and brace for China’s agricultural industrialization management, it is not only the guide of domestic agricultural industrialization, but also the dominant force that guide the agriculture of our country to maturity and success. But now, scientific innovation controls the survival lifeblood of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Heilongjiang province, and innovation of technology is also the key factors of improving competitiveness.However, Judging from the current, there was only a few enterprises has several corresponding efficiency at the aspect of technology research and innovation, but for most of all enterprises, Heilongjiang leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization has many defects and intractable problems at the early stage and the process of development of technology innovation. Obviously to see that these enterprises have delayed the innovation efficiency and speed of whole agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Heilongjiang province, thereby hindered advance of Agricultural industrialization level of Heilongjiang.This article pointed out the first, agriculture in heilongjiang province industrial enterprise independent innovation in the process of status and innovation in the development of common existing problems, and then use DEA efficiency of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises independent innovation of heilongjiang province adopted the system analysis, and on this basis, for heilongjiang agricultural industrialization leading enterprises to develop independent innovation new countermeasures are put forward.
