Research On Risk Management Of Overseas Project

In Asia, the infrastructure competition become more severe. China must strive for the oversea projects market for two purposes, one is to push China economic development and the other is to establish the good credit to win bid of oversea projects in future.Oversea project has characters with long contracted period, huge investment and more participation units. Because of complicated relations, different politics and economic from inland and oversea countries, so many unexpected risks in whole project will occur. How to know the conditions and stipulations in oversea project market? How to identify various risks in construction projects? So we must develop the risk management of oversea construction project.We analysis the current management level in oversea projects and explain the purpose and importance of studying the project risk management. We study the characters of oversea project first, then propound the new concept to solve the risk in oversea project by risk identification, risk evaluation and solutions. At last, We find new ways of risk evaluation in quantitative analysis, which may help the decision maker to get more better and new concept.We establish the QFD chart and confirm the consequence between each risk element and the project aim, fulfill the project successful with lowest cost. Then establish ANP matrix depending on this chart and get the final convergent matrix. We may know clearly that different risk elements effects on project aim are different, then rank and validate risk priority, so that we may get the useful and actual way to value the risks.The decision maker regard it as accurate and useful supports, which bring maximized profits with lowest cost.
