Enterprises should find out the corresponding relation, so as to design some new business models. Such as collaborative production business model, order financing business model. Finally, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, the proposed export supply chain management system optimization program is implemented, and the corresponding new export business department organization structure is proposed. At the same time, the corresponding performance evaluation is made to the design optimization scheme.In this article, the international trade under the new situation of the corresponding foreign trade business model transformation, in the Internet age, the application of Internet + foreign trade extends to the supply chain management, the implementation of the new e-commerce business model, such as cross-border business model. And the paper stressed the importance of information management system in the future in the supply chain management, in order to open up the various nodes of the supply chain management, to ensure the connection of key nodes, the construction of enterprise information management system must be strengthened.. Nowadays, the international trade environment is changing, and the signing of various international agreements (such as the TPP agreement) will also put forward new requirements and challenges to the export supply chain management, which is the problem mentioned in the paper.Through the research of this paper, we hope to further optimize the export supply chain management system, so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and to complete the business transformation and development under the new situation.
