Upon predecessor’s studies, we know that there are many factors influence the employees’ work performance, it includes competence characteristics, work attitude,work behavior, perceived organizational support and so on. For a long time, scholars are focused on external factors, and rarely from employees’ psychological state to study the employees’ psychological impact on their job performance. Therefore, this paper through studies on perceived organizational support, self-efficacy and job performance of the relevant literature, and take the staffs in banks as the research object to enrich the achievements in this field, and to provide reference for academic and practical work at the same time.First of all,through read and summarize related paper, the author introduce 3 definitions of the three variables, then tell us the measuring method and the relationship between the relevant variables.Secondly, on the basis of previous studies,the writer determines this study’s content, and puts forward research model and research hypothesis.Thirdly, on the basis of modifying existing scale:perceived organizational support scale,self-efficacy scale and job performance questionnaire to conduct empirical research. Fourthly, using SPSS to analyze survey data, and draw the conclusion. Finally, based on the research conclusion and the actual situation, we can come to some suggestions and the prospect of the future.So we divided this research’s structure into 5 parts:Chapter Ⅰ:Introductions.This part introduce this research’s topic background,and illustrates the reasons of choosing this topic.Then,illustrates the research meaning of this article.At last,build this paper’s technical route and research frame.Chapter Ⅱ:The relevant theoretical basis.Through research on previous scholars’ relevant literature,we summarize these three variables’ definitions and so on.Based on this, laid a certain theoretical basis for this paper.Chapter Ⅲ:The study’s theory conception and the overrall design.Based on Chapter II,we build this paper’s research model and hypothesis.At the same time,we use SPSS 17.0 to analyze the pre-investigation’s data.On the base of this,we modify and sort the pre-questionnaire,then modify the typesetting,finnally draws the formal questionnaire.Chapter Ⅳ: The formal test of the questionnaire and analysis the test’s results.According to the results of the pre-questionnaire,we draws the formal questionnaire.Through the formal test,we draw the conclusions.Chapter Ⅴ: The enlightenment, innovation, limitations of this article, and the author’s visions of the future.Through the collected data from the formal questionnaire,we systematically analysis the data. According to the analysis results,we put forward corresponding suggestions in enterprise’s management practice.At the same time,the writer puts forward the innovation point of this article and discusses the limitations of the study.Then put forward the future’s outlook, the wtiter hopes in the process of later research the scholars will try to overcome the limitations of this study, make this research in academic circles have further development in the future.Based on the above stucture,this paper takes the employees of bank in HuBei as the research object.Then using the Internet platform to issuing questionnaires, and combining with interview at the same time, to complete the questionnaire. There 400 questionnaires were issued and 368 were taken back among which are 356 valid,and then using SPSS statistics software to carry on the analysis,finnally get the following conclusions:i.POS and its various dimensions could significantly positively predict the employees’ work performance;ii.POS can significantly positive influence on employees’ general self-efficacy;iii.General self-efficacy of employees can be used as a positive predictors of job performance;iv.General self-efficacy of employees paly a partial intermediaty role in the relation between POS and job performance.But it play the main part of the intermediaty role between instrumental support and job performance.Also superior support dimension completely affect relationship performance through self-efficacy;v.Age,culture level,the position and the unit years of working have different influences on those three factors.The general self-efficacy of male is significantly higher than female.But the differences on fixed number years of the job of POS,general self-efficacy and work performance is not so notable.
