Study On The Integration Of Urban Agriculture In Shanghai

Since the emergence of the industrial convergence in information technology revolution, it gave birth to a new type of industrial convergence across traditional industry, which had a profound impact on industrial structure and economic development. In the process of agricultural industrialization and modernization, with advanced technology, products, management, etc. as a link, the phenomenon to the integration between agriculture and industry, agriculture and services is increasingly common. Researching from the perspective of industrial integration of urban agriculture in Shanghai, on the one hand it can be used as a useful supplement on industrial integration theory, on the other hand for Shanghai urban agriculture promoted agricultural development、rural incomes、the appearance which providing theoretical support and countermeasures reference.From the concept, on the basis of clarifying industrial convergence, urban agriculture and the connotation and extension on agriculture industrial convergence, it researched the mechanism of agriculture industrial convergence, and carried out analysis combining with the actual situation of Shanghai. According to changes in factors of production, internal structure, the proportion of output value and location distribution, it analysed the basic situation of the development of Shanghai urban agriculture, and analysed the situation of Shanghai urban agriculture industrial convergence from both horizontal and vertical dimensions and identified the advantages, disadvantages and the trend of urban agriculture and the status of industry convergence. Further pointed out that urban agriculture is in the city within the scope of radiation which have to meet market demand, and agriculture industry convergence has to adapt to functional requirements and the degree of economic and social development.On this basis, the paper expands empirical study. With the help of input-output table, conducting the degree of convergence of urban agriculture industry in Shanghai, the paper found the degree of integration between Shanghai urban agriculture and traditional manufacturing industries was well, but tourism and technical services is not enough. By analysing the interaction between Shanghai urban agriculture and the service sector, the paper tried to find the reasons on the weak degree of convergence. By measuring Shanghai urban agriculture technology utilization efficiency with DEA, the paper found that the level of technology used for urban agriculture production is relatively high but the investment of Shanghai urban agriculture technology was not enough.Based on the above analysis and calculation, the paper put forward the suggestions for the development of Shanghai urban agriculture:developing agricultural leisure travel, caltivating the maker space of agricultural science and technology, and promoting the industrialization of urban agriculture, optimizing Shanghai urban agriculture industrial structure, upgrading the industry; increasing investment on technological innovation fund of agriculture industry, optimizing the structure of agricultural science and technology, clarifying input system on agricultural science and technology, improving the investment mechanism of the agricultural science and technology. Cultivating the family farm, deepening the agricultural industrialization management, developing the advantages of agricultural organization.
