Feasibility Study On Development Project Of FHRJ In Taizhou City

Feasibility study of real estate projects has played a very important role in the decision-making of project investment. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of domestic real estate market from the perspective of market environment, and points to the necessity of feasibility study in the construction of real estate projects.With the real estate development project FHRJ in Taizhou as the research object, this paper probes into the feasibility of the construction of this real estate project. It first introduces the general situation of FHRJ, and then on the basis of market demand analysis, systematically studies the present situation of the real estate market of Taizhou. Secondly, on the basis of the feasibility study of its technical scheme and comprehensive benefits in economy, society and environment, the conclusion is generated that the technical scheme is feasible and the comprehensive benefits are favorable. Finally, the author analyzes the major risks of this program and proposes corresponding counter-measures to tackle these problems.The feasibility study on FHRJ program leads to the conclusion that this program is feasible, and provides a reference for the feasibility study on real estate program afterwards.
