Tianjin Port Coke Terminal Company was founded in 1999, is a subsidiary of the Tianjin Port (group) company. Over the years, Coke Terminal Company actively inheritance group company corporate culture, has established the system of corporate culture with the characteristic. But as the era of continuous development and progress, the importance of corporate culture in enterprise development is growing stronger day by day, but at present the corporate culture evaluation of port industry is still in exploratory stage, is still in a low level, which are far from the requirement of scientific management. Therefore, this article research on evaluation index system of corporate culture has important practical significance in raising the level of corporate culture construction in port industry and improving the core competence of enterprise.Based on this requirement, this paper on the basis of theoretical research, analyzes the present situation of corporate culture construction in Coke Terminal Company, and according to the development of the company, using a combination of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation, constructs the new evaluation index system of corporate culture.It mainly includes the physical layer index, behavior layer index, system layer index, mental layer index, additional index totally 5 level indicators,42 secondary indicators and some additional indicators. It adopted the extension analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight, and designed the questionnaire, index evaluation, such as grading methods, to ensure that the corporate culture evaluation is scientific and objectivity.In order to promote the feasibility of the evaluation index system, this paper conducted empirical research in Coke Terminal Company, further verify the effectiveness of the evaluation system, good results have been achieved.Through the research and application of corporate culture evaluation index system in Coke Terminal Company,not only reflected the actual circumstances of the corporate culture construction more scientifically and accurately,effectively avoided a series of problems by extensive management, provided a powerful guarantee for the enterprise in sustainable and healthy development, but also the system conformed to the port for the actual demand of scientific development, provided the reference basis for the port enterprise to carry out the corporate culture evaluation.
