The acceleration of the economic globalization and the information society promote the enterprise structure upgrading. Flat organizational structure replace the hierarchical pyramid structure, and staff becomes wider, more employees issued organizations hope and spontaneity to complete duties outside the scope of work.Organizational citizenship behavior is an important criterion to judge the validity of the organization, but the behavior of the organization is not a voluntary employee. For example, employees work overtime, donations, to participate in activities, but it may be subject to the leadership of the mandatory and their own instrumental motivation. Compulsory citizenship behavior is dominated by Chinese traditional ideas. Studies have indicated that compulsory citizenship behavior increases the pressure and burnout of employees, which reduces the employee’s job satisfaction, task performance, contextual performance and external behavior. There are differences in the results of the research on the compulsory organizational behavior: one is that the compulsory citizenship behavior increases the employee’s sense of stress and burnout, thereby reducing the employee’s job satisfaction, job performance, contextual performance and role behavior. For example, in the promotion period of professional career, employees often show organizational citizenship behavior, which include not only the individual work performance, but also the organizational effectiveness. Therefore, the academic community has not reached a full consensus on the effect of the compulsory citizenship behavior.Based on this purpose, the paper use SPSS and AMOS software to analyse and research the data. It found that compulsory citizenship behavior has a U type of relationship with the task performance, the relationship performance is significantly negative correlation.Based on the research results, it put forward the following suggestions on the management of enterprise:1) when in the recruitment, the enterprise should not only consider the criteria such as degrees, ability, but also attaches great importance to the assessment of the employee’s individual characteristics. According to individual characteristics, the organization make training plan, improve the staff skills and psychological construction, in order to improve the personal-group match. High personal-organization match can reduce the mandatory awareness, promote the benign organizational citizenship behavior. (2) the organization should form the harmonious organization atmosphere, create a fair and equal working environment, make every employee involved in the work.
