The realization of strategic goals of the enterprise, is by the enterprise staff together to complete, in the enterprise human resources management process, performance management plays an irreplaceable role, performance management for enterprise can will staff personal goals and enterprise strategic goals effectively unifies in together, so as to achieve to improve the whole performance of the firm effect by improving the enterprise employee individual performance.Affected by the situation of global economy, basic manufacturing enterprise ushered in a hither to unknown challenge. Y company was founded in 1987, is an export-oriented machinery to the oil valve as the main products of the manufacturing enterprises of foreign trade orders. Therefor, to improve the Y company employee performance management level is very necessary. The grass-roots workers only need a simple pre post training and strictly regulate the operation posts, it is very important to performance management at all levels of management personnel to the company’s overall strategic target realization.This paper uses the discovery, analysis, logical framework to solve the problem of the current situation,using the method of questionnaire investigation, interview and satisfaction, combine the method of key performance indicators and the balanced scorecard method, carries on the comprehensive analysis on the currant situation of performance management in Y company, find out the existing problems and cause analysis. In the optimized design of new on the original performance management system focused the whole performance communication, comb clear operation flow, management objectives and employee feedback on the results of performance appraisal, to supplement the missing link, designed a performance oriented, is the main process management, core is to lift the staff’s ability to meet the company’s performance management system.Improved management oriented performance management system of Y company, help the company management layer to build a high-quality, strong executive ability, to lay the foundation for improving the human resource management of the company, it has practical significance to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises. At the same time, can also for the domestic counterparts in the management the design of performance management system to provide learning and reference.
