Study On Optimization Of Logistics Distribution Process In Yancheng Yajia Le Supermarket

With the rapid development of supermarket chains in China, in the rapid development of economy and the intensification of market competition under the background of logistics and distribution will be affected by the chain supermarket hitherto unknown attention. The merits of the logistics system of chain supermarket has become a new focus of competition, logistics is the link of the chain supermarkets, the strength and efficiency of the logistics and distribution capacity directly affects the competitiveness of the supermarket chain. Based on this, it optimizes the design to improve its competitiveness and economic and social benefits of extraordinary significance of chain supermarket logistics distribution.In this paper, taking Yancheng yajiale supermarket chain as the research case, the existence of Yancheng yajiale supermarket chain logistics and distribution problems based on business process reengineering, and according to the distribution process theory. In the whole process reengineering process first determines the guiding ideology and goals of business process reengineering. Secondly, the thesis of BPR implementation steps and control measures will be explaiined. In this paper, the main contents of Yancheng yajiale BPR change and related evaluation system also made corresponding analysis. Finally, through analyzing the change process reengineering process difficult, and established its guarantee measures.
