Problems And Countermeasures Of Yunnan 's Cross - Border Ethnic And Rural Labor Force Employment In Different Fields

Getting into a new century, every government work report mentions the plan of transfering rural labor force.How to effectively transfer rural labor force has become an important problem to influence the country economic development and the town construction.The scale, speed and effect of many rural transfer labor forces are not very efficient. Because of the historic and realistic problem the transnational ethnic grouprural labor facing, they place a weaker position in the weak rural labor community. During the labor force transfering process, such a specific crowd will face some special problems and difficulties.In this thesis, the writer makes a survey of transnational ethnic grouprural labor of Dehong, Lingcan, Puer and Xishuangbanna, where have 36 transboundary minority villages. Collecting the long-distance work data of their basic circumstance, family circumstance, first time employment age, work profession distribution, wage rate, the work obtaining way, labor strength, work quality and employment bias, the writer analysises and knows the problems they face during work transfering. The writer also analysises the reason of the problems, and gives some method to resolve the transnational ethnic grouprural labor by using the lately public management theory to help them increase income and raise living standard and quality. We wish they would enjoy our big motherland family and support the development of our country frontier better in the future.
