Employees are the most valuable resources of enterprises. The recruitment purpose is not simply to attract a large number of applicants, the fundamental purpose of human resource recruitment is required for the enterprise personnel, reduce the unnecessary loss of personnel, recruitment and potential objective: to establish a corporate image. Effective recruitment is actually refers to the organization or recruiters at the appropriate time range ofthe appropriate way to achieve the best matching, position and organization of the three, mutual win in order to achieve the goal for any person, and makes the best possible use. Ability to recruit suitable personnel, not only related to the business of the younger talentreserve, but also affect the stable operation of enterprises. How to improve the effectiveness of recuitment, is not only the human resouces department must has face the problem, has become the focus of people with high level and enterprise department concerned.In the corporation survival and the development, whether the appropriate and oustanding staffs are recruited or not is the key to enterprise prosperity or down. The real thing FPT corporation lack of is a set of solution. This paper centered on the recruiting work of FPT coporation, on the basic of analyzing the relative theory of recruitment, regulate the recruitment work and find out the shortcomings and give suggestions to it. The author designed the recruitment project for FPT corporation. In which process the work straightens out the work responsibilities of various departments, and strengthens their communication internally with related departments,and so that the standards of company’s overall human resources supervisory work can make contributions to achievement of company’s strategic objective.
