21 Century is a era of knowledge economy, and is an age of reform. Under the age of knowledge economy, the contests between nation and nation, enterprise and enterprise are the contests of advanced technology and high-quality knowledgeable employees. During the age of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes "the key production factor". Mastering knowledge will become people's follow. Knowledgeable employees as the carrier and owner of knowledge are the precious wealth.
