Study Of Information Technique Practical Standards System Of Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises

Standardization of information technology is a new subject which consists of information technology and standardization. It's the results of standardization's development and extension in the field of information technology, the precondition of information-technology's promotion and an important foundation of constructing and developing information.At present, China has been a member of WTO. In order to acquire more business opportunities on the principle of fair competition, our country has developed a number of national standards in many industries. To cope with the national standards' implementation, many industries have studied their own standard systems and compiled their standard system's tables. Like many other industries, mechanical manufacturing industry has also developed a number of national standards, and the standards related to the manufacturing industry is increasing and changing every year, but has not excogitated its standard system yet. So, studying the standard system. in the field of mechanical manufacturing industry has been pressing. Because the competition is increasing, standardization of information technology will have a direct impact on the economic benefits of mechanical manufacturing enterprises.According to the problems of standards' making, emending and implementing in the mechanical manufacturing industry filed which were induced without information technique practical standards system, this paper has researched the basic theory of building the standard system firstly, and then constructed the framework of the standard system according to the actual situation of our mechanical manufacturing enterprises. The framework embodies classifying combination forms of all standards involved in different layers with common features during a certain time. It can help solve some problems of standards' making, emending and implementing in the area of machine building industry, which included: disorganized, unplanned, repeated, unmatched...The framework has played a leading role in the filed of information technique practical standardization work. Secondly this paper has developed an information management system with modem management methods; this system can help enhancing mechanical manufacturing enterprises competitiveness and creating a better economic efficiency.The main contents and the key issues of the paper are building a information technology framework for mechanical manufacturing enterprises and on the bases of it establishing an integrated information technology standards system which is suitable for China's national conditions and can guide mechanical manufacturing enterprises to perform their informatization projects.The results of the paper can be applied in practice and it will be a forceful technical support to the successful implementation of the machinery manufacturing's informatization and finally bring significant economic benefits and social benefits to the enterprise.
