Evolution Of The Entrepreneurial Learning Model Based On The Different Stages Of Development

As a special economic power, private enterprises in Zhejiang province show out their extraordinary energy in national economic development, which arouse high attention of scholars in economic and management research field as well as decision-makers. Theoretically, the sustainable growth of private enterprises largely determined by the growth of entrepreneur, and entrepreneurial learning is the key approach for entrepreneur to meet entrepreneur's demand and improve their knowledge.Yet, the different phrases of enterprises development can be characterized by the different entrepreneurial learning pattern, and then it is the important issue to analyze how to draw support from kinds of knowledge recourses and put up the different learning patterns to adjust and handle the suffering when business grows to maturity.This dissertation, focusing on the leaders of private entrepreneurs in Zhejiang province, tries to analyze the evolution of the learning patterns in the different business generations, and accordingly brings forward several kinds of learning patterns to push the rapid growth of entrepreneurs which can offer some references for entrepreneurs development in future.Based on the review of abundant literature, this dissertation advances two theoretical models of learning patterns of entrepreneurs-the model of motive and process, it also puts forward the factors of the models and extents four kinds of learning behaviors of entrepreneurs, for instance, the learning behaviors of experiencing, imitating, communicating and reading. And then it clarifies the specific learning behaviors and analyses some points of implementing these behaviors. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this dissertation brings forward the model and hypotheses of empirical research.Choosing three leading entrepreneurs separately in auto fitting industry, food industry and lighter industry, this dissertation makes a systematic and comparative analysis on their learning patterns according to their development history; and then it studies the evolution of the mode, object and content of the entrepreneurial learning.In the end, it brings forth some constructive conclusions of the dissertation, based on the commonness and otherness of the entrepreneurial learning patterns.
