China's e-banks have passed the staring stage after more than ten years of development and entered a stage of fast and strategic development. After channels' establishment and integration, e-banking has become the platform of bank business innovation. Concerning the existing problems from the e-banking business innovation, this paper studies strategies to solve them. By analyzing the risks from e-banking business innovation, the paper puts forward the approaches to control them.The structure of the paper can be divided into the following parts:In the first part, reviewing the history of China's e-banking development, introducing its main businesses correctly and comprehensively, analyzing the strategic role of e-banking in future reform and development of China's banks, illustrating that e-banking represents the development direction of modern banks and is the internal driver for China's banks to raise core competitiveness.In the second part, analyze the background of e-banking business innovation, including theories of financial innovation, information technology and the "golden age" for e-banking business development. Study the current circumstances and problems of e-banking business innovation in product, brand, marketing and service, and then put forward the strategies.In the third part, analyze the risks of e-banking business innovation, including technological risk, operations risk, legal and compliance risks and strategic risk.In the final part, the paper brings forward detailed solutions and suggestions for each r isk o n the b asis o f t he foregoing a nalysis. A fter a b rief analysis, some b asic principles also have been put forward for the balance between profits and risks from e-banking business innovation.
