Chinese companies have been making impressive competition withinternational business giants after China's entry into WTO.We are glad to find that many industries have made great progressin the last 20 years, and gained some competency abroad, which meansour industries have to face hard challenges.There's no doubt that, under the circumstances of China'simpressive economic growth and the global business integration, the pasteconomic mechanism has made incredible effects, but on the other hand ithas made positive effect to some extent, which makes it hard to conceiveoperating problems. Some business entities are now becoming lesscompetitive in local market, and neither in foreign trade.It's time for China's health-care industry to improve performance ifthey struggle to survive and to stand out in a crowd.The thesis is composed on the basis of the case where XiYangShenGroup, a long-history state-owned company, came into changingproblems and took action after it transformed into a private businessentity. Industry model, competition model, SWOT model are applied tothe necessity of organizational changing strategy.By case analysis, the author has made research upon changingaction over distribution chain, quality control, superior performance andknowledge management. Changing obstacles are found and constructivesolutions suggested. And on the end, systematic changing managementtechniques are drawn for reference to those who are going to change andto those who are now facing changing obstacles.
