Professional And Technical Personnel Of The Enterprise Demand Forecasting Model

Demand prediction of human resource (HR) is an important part of human resource project (HRP). The purpose of this study is exploring the demand prediction of HRP, bringing forward the demand and supply prediction model of HRP by using the modern predicting theory, combining the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and taking the field survey method. This prediction model is the foundation of HR management system of corporation, and would play important role in the selection, performance examining, compensation management and training of the corporation personnel.This paper chooses a typical manufacturing corporation as the study object, and makes the demand prediction of the whole personnel especially the technician which is the main part of person with ability. The innovation of this paper is predicting not only the demand gross of the technician, but also the personnel structure such as age, educational level, title of technical post and position. Using this model, the corporation would plan the quantity and structure of the technician which the corporation demand future according to the strategic project and target. Meanwhile, this model can also exam whether the quantity and structure of current technician is reasonable or not.This model has not only the theory meaning but also the practical value. The theory meaning is to enrich the content of HRP, to fill up the blank of the person with ability of HRP, to afford a thought to study HRP with combining the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The practical value is to offer the possibility that the corporation apply the demand prediction model, which has the positive meaning especially those developing corporation.
