Land evaluation includes the assessment of land basic value and parcelland price, It has developed ripen relatively in developed country such as America, British and Japanese etc, and formed more perfect land appraise theory and established strict working instruction and system, also has developed a batch of excellent land appraise information system. At present, most cities have completed the assessment of land basic value in China, however the appraiser still adopt the handworked way in the evaluation of a parcelland price, not only the workload is big , the subjectivity is strong, the modification and adjustment of various factors is difficult, but also can not realize the management and use of the information of the parcelland evaluation scientific and automatically, so as to plenty of useful information resources were set aside . Have led into computer technology also can not combination with space data and use the space analysis function of GIS very good, therefore, it is very urgent need and necessity to design a brand-new and muti_ function visual appraise information system.In allusion to the problems in the evaluation systems of parcelland price exist currently, this paper adopts the integrated redesign way of GIS that based on the evaluation of land basic value, develops evaluation system of parcelland price that building the component—MapX in the programming environmental—Delphi. Using the GIS spatial analysis and measure function, the system has realized getting the value of quantitative factors automatically such as distance, the shape of parcelland etc by computer in the land datum value method, avoid the problem of estimation by human formerly. The system can make evaluation report automatically with the OLE technology, have realized the official business automation of parcelland appraise. The practise has proved that the system can reduce the influence of artificial factor in evaluation, and be very useful to rise the accuracy of result and working efficiency.
