With the rapid development of China economy and the increasing fierceness of industry competition, the credit transactions have a substantial increase, the requirement of enterprise credit risk management has become more and more urgent. The organization design of enterprise credit risk management will influence the effect and the efficiency of credit risk management directly. Therefore, it is more important for enterprise to design the organization of credit risk management.Based on the deep research of credit risk management and organization design, the reasons which domestic enterprise credit risk bring are analyzed in paper. It gives that the lag in credit risk management of enterprise itself is the main reason.In order to improve the actuality of enterprise credit risk management, the solution which establishes an organization of credit risk management in enterprise is brought forward in paper. The first step for establishing the organization is to choose an appropriate organization pattern for enterprise credit risk management. Comparing with the popular four patterns and considering the characteristic of the enterprise in China, the organization pattern of credit risk management for most of enterprise in China nowadays is brought forward in the paper, that is establishing an independent credit management department.In this paper, the function module, the post and the responsibility of personnel, the personnel scales as well as the budget are designed in detail. The credit management policy, the method of performance evaluation for credit management department, the relation between credit management department and the exterior or interior in enterprise are analyzed deeply. Finally, the concrete solution and corresponding promotion measure are given.
