| The object of this research is the relationship of enterprise strategy and organization design, which is represented by the function mechanism and corresponding pattern between them. The function mechanism is a process, pressing closer to the essence. The corresponding pattern represents a sort of phenomenon and result. According to this, the paper firstly analyzes the literature about corporate strategy and organization design and puts forward some own opinion. For strategy, the paper mostly analyzes the essence of strategy and discusses the content and process of strategy. For organization design, the paper mostly clarifies its definition and model. These content establish the groundwork of the main research of the paper. Then the paper makes farther think based on the existing research findings of the relationship of corporate strategy and organization design, describing the change of the research and analyzing the cause, discussing the effect of the third factor and the expression of the relationship between them. In succession, the paper puts forward the function model between them in order to open out the function mechanism, includingthe circulation model of structure ' strategy 'structure......and the instantaneitymodel of strategy ←' structure, and takes apart the relationship between them from the two dimensionalities of the process of strategy and the role of organization design, bringing forward effect classification model of them. And then, the paper concludes the corresponding organization design to all kinds of strategies. At the same time, the paper builds four basic configurations about organization design with the help of Configuration Theory. Based on this, the paper summarizes the corresponding characters of strategy. Lastly, the paper analyzes two representative cases through the theory and idea which are mentioned in the foregoing chapters in order to attest the correlative viewpoint of the paper. |
