Since 1990's,with the development to information and network technology,theelectronic-commerce turns up overwhelmingly as sign of new economics,and brings newopportunities to enterprises at the same time.The competition becomes more and more fiercebetween automotive enterprises.There are many key factors to success.Efficiency and cost isone of most important factors.It is important that if china automotive enterprises don't adoptadvanced management ways as soon as possible,they will drop behind others incompetition.It is suggested that they should improve distribution management of automotiveparts utilizing information,network technology and electronic commerce.The dissertation divides into six chapters. In chapter one,the background, objective,content, method, approach are presented.The notion,disquisitives status quo oflogistics,supply chain management and electronic commerce are recounted in chapter two.Inchapter three,we first analyse the characteristic of electronic commerce which plans businessand information technology as a whole.Then discuss the strategy of applying electroniccommerce.In chapter four,summarize distribution management of automotive parts inGuangzhou Honda using SWOT,and analyze the major problems in it.In chapter five, applythe electronic commerce strategy to solve the problems.In chapter six, the achievements ofthe dissertation are summarized and the future of research work is sketched out.
