This article is a researching on how Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co.,LTDto improve its competition predominance in market competition. It focus on how tostrengthen enterprise's advantages from interior management, including intensiveproduction and quality control.This paper consists of four sections. It begins from textile industry,discussing industry background and current situation. The reason that caused thissituation will be stressed. Next, it expounds on how to strengthen competition ability.Finally, it concludes with the reference significance on other enterprises.The first parts is about industry and enterprises current situation. It analysesthe whole competition circumstance linked with the home and abroad textilemechanism situation.The second parts points out how Zhengzhou Textile lost its competitionability in interior circumstances. The key reasons are over-enlarge, lack oftechnology and lower standard of production quality.The third is the most important part. It expounds two ways to improvecompetition ability. One way is to change the leaders' assign and values. The otherway is to strengthen research input and technology innovation.The fourth parts is to reduce costs and improve a customer satisfy degreethrough intensive production and strict quality control. The focus is on intensiveproduction and strict quality control.The last department explains the inference significance of Zhengzhou TextileMachinery Co.,LTD. It concludes that enterprises can strengthen its competitionadvantages through intensive production rebuilding and strict quality control.
