The thesis illustrates the necessary of implementing train strategy, makes an analysis and comparison of latest and various models and theories on employee training. Considering the practical problems of the employee training in strategy-oriented enterprises, it comes to a conclusion that is to set up learning organization to developemployee's innovation ability------the best model to establish company's corecompetitiveness.The thesis consists of three parts. The first part is prolegomenon, which mainly introduces the concepts of strategy and employee training and development, the importance of the study on employee training under the strategy, the current situation and tendency of employee training home and abroad. The second part probes how to implement employee training and development under strategy, including the requirement on employees, establishment model of training functional department, training's process, model and methods. The third part discusses how to set up a model of learning organization so as to train and culture employees' spirit of innovative by illustrating several cases. The final attached is the conclusion: Enerprises in China are suggested to take strategy as one of important alternatives to obtain competitive advantage; to set up a model of learning organization gradually in order to implement diversification strategy better; to culture employees' innovation ability by integrating several training methods.The thesis is characterized by putting both importance on strategy and employees' training, while previous essays usually only study either of the(?) separately. It integrates both sapects tightly and rationally. Its only wish is to offer an operational training model to enterprises under strategy.
