The rise and development of the Internet has completely changed the way people work and live."Internet plus" has become the new direction of China’s industrial development in the new era.Internet giants have entered the financial industry one after another,causing great impact and challenge to the business development of traditional banks.If commercial banks want to withstand the impact and enhance their competitiveness,they must actively adapt to the trend of The Times and strengthen the integration of Internet and traditional financial services,which need to rely on talents to complete.Staff training is the most effective and practical method for personnel training.It is an important subject for commercial banks to study at present to integrate and improve the internal human resources of enterprises,strengthen the scientific,systematic and effective staff training by using mobile Internet technology,and cultivate excellent financial talents in the new era to meet the needs of enterprises.In Dinghai Ocean Rural Commercial Bank bank front-line staff training has carried on the detailed research and analysis,through the questionnaire method and interview method to survey the frontline staff training,and further analysis,the result of the survey found that while the overall training system more perfect,but in the more traditional training form,there is no effective combination with the mobile Internet technology,And there are still some loopholes and deficiencies in the analysis of training needs,training of teachers and transformation of training results.In this thesis,combining with the concept of "mobile Internet +" and technology and the theory of learning organization theory as the main basis,aiming at these problems puts forward the corresponding network training strategy,the purpose is to make a line of employee training work can be better combined with the mobile Internet,enhance employee training effect,help enterprises to keep up pace,more quickly development.It is hoped that the research of this thesis can provide effective help for staff training of Dinghai Ocean Rural Commercial Bank,and provide beneficial reference for staff ability improvement and enterprise benefit growth.
