The rapid development of mobile Internet technology makes people find opportunities in the mobile market,and gives birth to a large number of emerging industries such as P2P finance,Internet car,cross-border electric business,smart home.Nowadays,depended on cultivation of enterprise personnel,E-learning and M-learning also catch the early bus of the information technology,which plays a huge role in corporate training.As a kind of support and supplement to traditional training,mobile learning shows the low-cost,flexibility and other advantages,which not only helps enterprises to improve the efficiency of personnel training but also helps employees improve their working ability and comprehensive quality.However,the domestic enterprises using mobile learning are still in the exploratory stage.There are two questions when enterprises are using mobile learning.Firstly,mobile learning content can not match the employees' ability.Secondly,mobile learning method can not match learning content feature.Mobile learning courses are rich in resources and cover a wide range of contents.If employees cannot aim at choosing learning content and matching learning methods,they are easy to fall into the plight of pointless study and low efficiency.Based on the above points,this study focuses on the mobile learning's fragmented knowledge contents and learning methods with the breakthrough point of the staff competency structure.By reviewing and analyzing the domestic and foreign researches and references,based on the Connectivism theory,situational cognitive learning theory and SECI Knowledge transformation model,this thesis will do the in-depth systematic research about the characteristics of mobile learning knowledge and learning methods.Meanwhile,in order to make sure that mobile learning contents and methods will be better in practical operation,this thesis will take XX Limited Liability Company as an example to design and research the various types of staffs' mobile learning contents and methods,which will build a targeted enterprise mobile learning model and provide relevant theoretical guidance for the research and development of mobile learning content and methods for similar enterprises.This study concludes as follows:First,through on-site and questionnaire survey,competency model of XX Limited Liability Company will be constructed.The model includes three elements:personal quality,ability and knowledge.And for the three elements,personal quality includes 6 second class indicators such as responsibility.Ability includes 13 second class indicators such as execution capability.Knowledge includes 7 second class indicators such as professional knowledge of electrical power.Second,according to the classification principle of knowledge,the suitable fragmentation knowledge will be filtered.And according to questionnaire for XX Limited Liability Company's employees,the type of mobile learning knowledge will be found.According to the survey results,the 12 kinds of fragmented knowledge will be sorted out,such as the rules and regulations,grid encyclopedia and operational practice.Third,based on the model of SECI,summarizing and classifying methods of learning that fits to the different types of knowledge transformation,the mobile learning methods will be divided into different kinds,including learning of communicating,sharing,pushing,querying,testing,and simulating.Forth,in accordance with the different characteristics of mobile learning together with requirements of knowledge,it will take the advantages of questionnaires to research which the method of learning gains more popularity in employees so as to sum up the content of some staffs from different positions to match with the methods.
