the self-development ability of the poverty-stricken area mean the more abundant poverty-stricken area in the tourist resources mainly, develop the travel industry through the development and utilization protective to the tourist resources, and use this to promote the development of relevant industry, thus strengthen the self-development ability of the poverty-stricken area. The practice of more than 20 years from 1980s to now in our country has proved that the indursty structrue, occupation structrue, family structrue and the value conception, marriage conception, occupation conception and family conception of the poverty areas have changed deeply through development tourist resourse in the abundent tourist resourse areas. But in the changes some questions have occurred.This dissertation is as xing yang miao zixiang er lang miao as research object.though anayzing the wide and deep changes of the village the author explores the influence of village community by the Aiding the poor by tourism development and deeply anayzes the manifestation and reasons of some questions in the changes and according of this put forward some thinking of resolving these probloems and specific ways to deal with the situation.The dissertation consists of six parts. The preface mainly discusses the reason why the author reaseach this problem. the second part describes present study condition in and outcountry, invention , significance,method of this study. The third part make athorough analysis on the socioty changes. The fouth part concentrates on the problems in the tourism-oriented poverty elimination development. the fifth part concentrates on the exploration of countermeasures. Given that the government plays a significant role in poverty elimination, the issue of how to make the government function more efectively is also explored in detail. The closing part gives an analyzing wether or not the experiece of the countyside has universal significance.
