On The Choice Of Internal Knowledge-sharing Model

Knowledge sharing is the core and difficulty of knowledge management. How to select knowledge sharing mode efficiently according to the condition of enterprise , is the important topic in the practice of enterprise knowledge management . The existant researches about knowledge sharing are mostly focused on knowledge creating model, factors which will affect behavior and result of knowledge sharing , method and technology of knowledge sharing, few put concentration on knowledge sharing model . Some researches have proved that there exist some relationship between the knowledge and the knowledge-sharing model, they found that the degree of the tacit determines the selection of the media, but they have not analysised that another peculiarities will affect knowledge-sharing model or not.The degree of the connection between sourcer and receiver, and the different measures of enterprises in knowledge sharing are the most important factors which will affect knowledge sharing model; basing on those two dimensions, and select two of each dimension, knowledge sharing model can be categorized four types. Research manifestoes that: the key factors which will affect the selection of knowledge sharing are two peculiarities of knowledge: explicit or tacit, high value of strategy or low value of strategy.
