The human competition is the key step of the knowledge economy age .The human resources is the first resources of knowledge economy age .It is the key and strategic resources for the existent and developmental of corporation, the performance evaluation is the very important category in developing and managing human resource. Without performance evaluation, there will be no scientific and effective human resources management. Implementation and improving of performance evaluation is the important guarantee for enterprises to promote themselves and to reach their strategic targets.This article analyses the environment and market competition which RT company is facing.according to the present organization of RT company.This article analyses the existing problem in and bad infection in carrying out performance evaluation.example evaluation is out of joint stratagem,the application of evaluation results is only a form,the main body of evaluation responsibility is ambiguous,The responsibility of station is ambiguous,performance object enactment is reasonless.It is devoid of efficacious communicate evaluation system is faulty mechanism of inner encouraging is undound,etc,so the company should set up a scientific and practical performance evaluation system which operates in a scientific,standard,orderly,form so as to adapt to managing requirements of the modern enterprise.The designing of new performance evaluation system of RT company integrates the stratagem of the company, It makes the stratagem,position and person into a whole through constitnting effectual performance object for every employee,and make the stratagem object ring upon ring to hand on through constituting performance object,The designing of new performance evaluation system of new performance evaluation system of RT company is to adapt to the requirements of the modern enterprise system ,and to set up effective mechanism of inner encouraging and restraining,and to strength profit concept ,and to lay stress on performance guiding,an to confirm the work achievements of staff.and to improve working efficiency and profit of the company.And to set up relevant elimination mechanism .It gives birth to competitive atmosphere in the employee,and make more spark and vires to the company and to accelerate the development of the company.In the new system,linking,feedback and spplication of evaluation results are strengthened,performance feedback interview is a very important step in performance...
