With the rapid economic development since the reforming and opening of the country,the amount of electricity consumption has ranked top 2 in the world up to now.The wide-spread electicity scarcity,triggered by the dramatic demand of electricity consumption ,has drawn the public eyes.How to cope with such a problem?According to some research and analysis,some factors,such as heavy-industy's rapid growth in recent years,inadequate estimate over the electricity consumption,have led to the prevailing electricity scarcity in China.But such conclusions have neglected an important factor---electicity price(pricing).On competitive markets,price is a fundamental way to allocate economic resources.So without exception ,the electricity price should be a core way to balance the demand and supply of electricity.Unfortunately,the current electricity price on Chinese electricity market has been tortured,such magnified and aggrevated the scarcity of electicity.Along with the power institutional reform,the power price is divided to four parts: power to grid price, transmission and distribution price and sales price.Taking the personal limit into consideration,this paper focuses on the power to grid price.In this paper,the author conducts series of analysis with the help of economics methods on the pricing mechanism.Through systematic ananlysis,the author has pointed out some of irrational factors affecting power pricing mechanism,and the put forward to relative suggestions and advice.In the first part,the author reviews the history of power price evolution since the founding of New China.In the second part,the author discusses the"two-part pricing"model,and uses the methods of marginal cost and accounting cost to revise and modify the disadvantages of"Two-part pricing"model.Thirdly,the author takes use of an optimum auction model in the bilateral monopolized power markets to analyse the...
