Young Human Resources Development And Management

Science and technology are the first productive force. Human resources are looked as carriers. They decide the levels of science and technology, so we should regard human resources as the first. The development and whether it is direct related to the development of the technology, the development of the production and application of social economic aim.The youth are the most ability-have and active resources, and they are chasing new ideas and new knowledge. The movement of the youth resources causes the movement of matter, capital things and information. All of these bring the increase of economy. Because of the reform of our economic system, the equality of economy and scale changed greatly, and related structure of production and carrier changed too. All these factors result in the request from the society higher and higher. This kind of requests appears more exact, more urgent and more fierce for the youth in our daily life. Thus, the most important resource—our youth, it is important for their development and management. This is an important problem related to human' s development.Nowadays, it has come to an important period of reforming and economic development for Bayan Naoer. Compared with other cities, our most difficult point is lacking resources, so we strengthened the constructions of human resources, especially we should set up a reasonable structure. Finally, I choose Human Resources Management as my subject of my research being important.
