China Sme Governance And The Core Competitiveness Of The Relationship Between Empirical Research

The small and medium-sized enterprise of China has obtained considerable development since our reform and opening to the outside world, and now it has already become one of the most important strengths impelling our economy developing healthy and rapidly. But with the deeper development of global economy and our country entering the WTO, the competitive environment that small and medium-sized enterprise facing has gradually transited from the region to the nation and to the whole world. Recently, the status of our small and medium-sized enterprise is unoptimistic, the sustainable development ability lacked, and especially lack of core competence. Core competence must have to be cultivated for the survival and further development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Our economy is during the transition period, along with the changes of corporate system, many small and medium-sized enterprises also devote in constructing reasonable, scientific governance structure and governance mechanism to improve their core competence. The small and medium-sized enterprise only combines core competence with governance structure and governance mechanism, can obtain the long-time competitive advantage in market competition.How to improve the governance structure and governance mechanism for small and medium-sized enterprise so as to enhance the core competence and strengthen the sustainable ability has already become an urgent topic of economy, theory and industry field, which is also the motivation why we selected it as a topic in this paper.
