Based On Circular Economy Lamps Group Papermaking Wastewater Treatment Research

Along with the fast development of society, the excessive consumption of resources and serious environmental pollution make people more and more urgent for the way of circulation economy to develop the industry economy. The paper industry is an important industry in national economy, but its industrial effluents, water pollution and ecology destructiveness have always been the hot issue and key point of research which puzzles the paper industries in various countries and the environmental world for many years. In the article, the author introduces the idea of circulation economy and from its connotation and requests, has studied the present situation in disposing papermaking effluents, and has conducted the comprehensive and systematic research on using the reed wetland to sealed dispose effluents of The Double Lamp Group.The Double Lamp Group taking the straw (reed) as the papermaking raw material, the paper pulp waste water is dispersed into the reed field system after the pretreatment. The organic part is absorbed by the reed to promote its growth, while the water is evaporated by atmosphere with reed's transpiration to realize the papermaking zero discharge. In the article, the author has conducted the comprehensive research on the process of using the circulation economical idea to ecologically dispose effluents of The Double Lamp Group, use systemic engineering principles, use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, and use of sentinel sampling, monitoring and analysis of field work combined with sufficient observation field testing method and also has carried out a qualitative and quota analysis on the influences, which caused by the reed field system disposing effluents, on water environment, atmospheric environment, soil, birds and so on.Through the research, it is believed that using the reed wetland to sealed dispose effluents is feasible and has the significance of positive promotion and the value of real application. It has provided a good developing idea for the disposal of papermaking effluents as well as other effluents.
